Hampton Inn Owings Mills

I have stayed in many of Hampton Inns. This location had on medium roasted coffee, 8 Oz cups in the central coffee/tea area. If you wanted to use a larger cup you had to get it from your room.

They over chaged my card the stay was to be 122 my card was xm charged 232. When I called them I was talked down too and told Oops it happen then hung up on. Then called back and was told I would get the 100 back in 3 to 5 days I told then thats not right. They then said its my bank I called the bank the information I got was the hotel was at fault. Never would I stay there again. The GM is rude and they tired to overcharge me $100 dallors how many others have they do this to.. Don't trust people like this.

The room lighting was terrible! Too dark! The heat wasn’t adequate and wouldn’t stay at 70.

It was clean and the staff very friendly

The fruit during breakfast could have been fresher. There was a horrible smell in the hallway leading up to our room.
