Aryaduta Lippo Village

Location to in-country family was excellent. Location to activities in Tangerang was good. Long, traffic congested drives to some locations in Jakarta city center.

The property’s grounds, swimming pools, playgrounds, outdoor lounges and lobby and restaurant areas were very nice. Staff were great. Rooms and verandas were in need of updating. Experienced cold showers for 2 days before it was repaired. Not sure why we had to report cold shower 3 times before repair. Strange, because experienced prompt response to other requests.

My stay at Aryaduta was truly spectacular. The room I stayed in was much larger than expected, incredibly clean, and very quiet, allowing for maximum rest. The view from the room was also a great bonus! What impressed me the most was the warm hospitality of the entire staff. They were prompt, responsive, and always greeted me with a genuine smile, from the bell boy to the front desk. This is a "five-star hotel with a homely feel" that I will always highly recommend!

My family and i booked Suite Villa for one night. Check-in smooth, no longer than 10 minutes. Great hospitality from staff. Great atmosphere (pool, gym, kids playground) even they have badminton and tennis court. Padel court is in progress. If you stayed at Villas, expect old fashioned interior and exterior. And sadly they don't provide Umbrella in Villas. So when it rainy, you can't go anywhere from your Villas. Definetely will come back and try the hotel room.

Overall, we have a good experience with the kids on the thematic Indonesia legend. Just one thing needs to improve on the breakfast. The tasty is quite plain and the rice is too hard for the kids.

Love the breakfast buffet and tried out a villa this time instead of a hotel room. Quite spacious and nice to look out onto the well-kept gardens. Staff are wonderfully attentive and cared for our needs very well.

I stayed at Hotel Aryaduta Lippo Village for one night and thoroughly enjoyed it! The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and provided everything I needed for a nice visit. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, and they made me feel very welcome from check-in to check-out. The pool area was wonderful and tranquil, and the breakfast buffet featured a variety of delicious alternatives. The hotel's location is also excellent, being close to restaurants and stores while remaining quiet enough to allow for a decent night's rest. Overall, it was a short yet enjoyable visit.

A big gecko was found in the room, called house keeping they took it out, something like this in the hotel is not acceptable.
