1. The bed was comfy

We stayed in the Blenheim suite: 1. There was no lock on the bathroom door which was strange 2. We were told that the night porter would let us into the outside gate but we had to wait five minutes and just luckily another car was coming out (maybe a card pass is needed to sort that)
