"Amazing location with amazing staff"

The location was fantastic and the staff was amazing. The hotel was fully booked and that was one of the aspects that lowered my rate of the hotel, but the staff was beyond and above to make everything excellent. The room was very comfortable And they gave us a room with sofa bed so we didn’t have to pay for an extra bed for our son of 7 years

It was too crowded, and this is not the hotel fault, but it made the experience less enjoyable. The food at dinner in the buffet was not excellent because it lacked variety, but everything was delicious. Another thing is that the pool bar doesn’t have any spots with shadow so customers can enjoy their drinks and food so I would suggest a sun cover in the tables near the beach.

the only thing worth is the beach access

everything is worst, the lift, the room, the service, everything. couldn't even arrange a coffee machine in my room.

Furniture not clean towels not enough and only one blanket for couple restaurants front pool not have services for breakfast in the morning only service for booking people other people nothing also towels for swimming not enough and you have return what you get to get another

"Save your money and find another hotel"

The room was specious with good view and the breakfast was good with the restaurant staff being very helpful and friendly

Half an hour standing queue for the check in, we reserved baby crib and they confirmed they had one, when checking in they said they didn’t have any, after a fight they gave us one. There is only one swimming pool which was very crowded with limited seats around it, one thermal area only with specific timings for females and males, average food, below average facilities, expansive spa with average services, crowded elevators that you have to wait at least 15 min to get on one, one of the pool staff called us liars for asking for towels he didn’t gave in the first place. We were in season and pain nearly 400 USD per night and thought we will have some relaxation but the waiting and arguing for everything spoiled the experience. Oh and it is not disability/ strolled friendly as there are no ramps only stairs!!
