"Very good"

Rooms are simple but comfortable and cool during the day. Staff friendly and helpful. The location is very central but surprisingly quiet. Breakfast was nice, local-style, but the coffee was not great. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel location in the city center is great, very close to everything, including colectivo to the beach area. The hotel's stuff was amazing. I have never experienced this kind of good faith service in my life. They were taking care of everything I needed and maintained a very clean and organized environment. They let me eat earlier breakfasts because of trips I had early in the morning and handled public transportation cases for me. All were very nice and helpful. I fully recommend this place and gave 10 stars because there are no 11.

Simple but nice hotel very close to the center. Nice staff, everything was clean. Parking just in front of the reception.

"Excellent place to stay in Tulum."

It is a very welcoming place with a very nice decoration where you feel confortable from the very beginning. Its located few min walk to the main street where you have excepcional nice restaurants and shopping options. At the property we could rent bycicles for riding to the beach.
