"Comfortable and value-for-money room in central Tulum"

Very welcoming host who was able to get a room ready for us at very short notice and gave us good restaurant recommendations. The room was comfortable and well-equipped. It was facing a beautiful courtyard. The location was great, walking distance from the city centre.

Nothing, except to say that the external wooden stairs were a bit steep / could be slippery when wet.
