Me toco piso 5, no cae agua casi en la regadera, no te puedes bañar bien, y en recepción solo mandaron a una persona que solo fue a preguntar, porque no soluciono nada

"It was so bad"

I was told breakfast was included on the website which it wasnt I had to pay for it, second I paid for a Suite and I got a king size room not a suite, overall it was horrible but I was just staying for one night and was tired from traveling so I didnt have time to argue
