המקום מעוצב באופן מושלם גם המיקום.הספא מושלם והצוות שם אדיב ומיקצועי .

בקבלה הצוות לא היה לבבי . לא מומלץ לאכול ארוחת ערב במקום הבופה סתמי תפל. וללא טעם ניראה כי ממחזרים את האוכל.בכל המלון יש שרותים רק בקומה מינוס אחד .שתי מעליות בכל המלון. אחת לא עבדה

המיקום מצוין, אווירה של מלון אלפיני בשוויץ. המלון שוכן בתוך פארק מוקף עצים וצמחיה ממש מקסים. קיבלנו מיני סוויטה מרווחת עם מקלחת וג'קוזי ענק. השירות יוצא מן הכלל וכולם אדיבים ביותר. בארוחת ערב היה טעים והמבחר היה מצוין.

ארוחת הבוקר הייתה מאכזבת והקפה לא משהו...
