We stayed for 3 days , 2 nights and was a disappointment overall. That’s because the awful service, ugly and not trained specially women at the restorant during breakfast lunch or dinner time!!! Not speaking other language than their own, and been impolite, taking the food away from kids and lots of ugly attitude that never seen in a resort before!!! Also the food served in halfboard booking, is not good at all, not fresh most of the time! Last thing is being too hot in the room without any chance to chage the situation, when outside was not so cold. Cleaning was very good , rooms are nice but to expensive for what you get. You can findother better places in service, food and hospitality in Kolasin.
