Everything it was as described. Our hosts were amazing, we walked with Giraffes and woke to find them outside around the cabins, amazing. Evening meal was superb as well. Well recommended

Der Vater der die farm gegründet hat und die giraffen tour gemacht hat war wirklich sehr sympathisch, freundlich und begeistert von dem was er aufgebaut hat und hat uns sofort mitgerissen 😀 die Giraffen tour ist ein muss, so nah waren wir noch nie an diesen beeindruckend Tieren

Das Personal, insbesondere am Empfang und die Bedienung im Restaurant waren leider alles andere als gastfreundlich. Als wir am Morgen zusammengepackt haben vor dem check out, ist die Bedienung aus dem Restaurant schon knapp 5 min vor check out zeit bei uns zur Tür gekommen und hat gefragt, wann wir denn gehen würden, weil wir um Punkt 10 uhr aus dem zimmer müssten. Wir waren um 10:01 draußen - so ein ungastfreundliches Verhalten haben wir noch nicht erlebt. Das hat sich leider auch bei den restlichen Interaktionen mit dem genannten Personal durchgezogen und wir haben uns nicht wirklich willkommen gefühlt.

We felt very welcome and at home here from the very first moment. Vanessa, Kerneels, their daughter and everyone else are incredibly friendly and helpful. Especially the giraffe walk with Kerneels and the guided safari in Addo and Schotia were an absolute highlight and more than recommendable. The lovingly prepared and totally delicious food was also fantastic. The chalets are beautiful and you can see more than just giraffes from the terrace. Thank you so much for the wonderful time we were able to spend with you. We would love to come back!
