staff very friendly, welcoming and helpful on arrival. Rooms where a good size and clean. Choice of breakfast was good and service at breakfast was first class. You can also help yourself to fruit, yoghurts, a choice of cerals and other breads and jams all included in the price. I have stayed at the Hollies before and would definately recommend it to anyone

No fault of the Hollies but because of the nature of my stay I didn't get the chance to use the fitness suite. All in all, I can't find any fault with my stay at the Hollies hotel

Food was excellent. Good diner choice and large breakfast.

Outside tables and patios were very dirty. A good pressure wash is what is needed. Dirty ashtrays on patio tables. Shame the fires weren't lit in the bar and restaurant. It was nice on the one occasion they were and cold when they weren't. Bar lacked choice of draught beer.
