Chipman Hill Suites - Sydney Street

I like old architecture. The solarium is amazing. My room had a kitchen combo hot plate sink fridge. A mini kitchen is great.

Parking instructions were concise albeit slightly confusing.

Magnifique demeure antique, les salons du rdc sont magnifiques. La chambre (suite) est coquette et comporte tout l'équipement nécessaire pour un séjour plus prolongé.

Air climatisé déficient, on a eu très chaud. Lit pas très confortable.

Chambre spacieuse et bien située dans Saint-Jones. Indications claires par message.

Moquette et tapisserie ont actionné mon allergie aux acariens.

This is a very nice property, a bit outdated, but very clean and comfortable. The instructions were clear and we had no problem locating the property or getting inside.

As four women traveling together, we did not feel comfortable in this neighborhood. Lots of homeless people and addicts. The school parking lot had a group of people camped out. If we had not had a rental car, I would not have parked there. We were glad we arrived in daylight and only stayed one night. People need to be aware that although this is a nice property, it is not in a nice area.

We loved the location and ease of parking but the best part was the incredible building!!!
