"Very Good"

Clean, no frills.

No breakfast cereals available for our under 10yr old grandkids so our party of 5 had to go elsewhere when we would have been happy to partake.

The unwelcoming staff, social club vibes, rooms aren’t the cleanest and cheap furniture.

"Great value and great find for Rotherham"

The price was a big reason for booking, but the location was great as needed to get to the football ground and then only a few mins away from my meeting the next morning. Great little find for my future Rotherham meetings.

Bit noisy with the road, but manageable and it was a bit hot overnight, shower head needs replacing but other than that, less than £50 per night
