Place is nice

Guys, for gods sake, the hallway stinks to cigarette really bad, the room also is stinking to cigarettes... This was awful, we didnt stay more because of this.

"Just room and bathroom, no real agriturismo or bed/breakfast"

Room was big, bed comfortable

I appreciate the COVID regulation. However, there is only availability of bed and bathroom (no breakfast neither any possibility of making a tea or a coffee in the structure). The agriturismo is located >2km far from any shop/bar and connected via small road without pedestrian route. Thus you would need a car. As suggestion, there might be some suggestions where to eat. In addition the room was not quiet (we can hear a lot of chatting/talking from others people staying there)
