Personnels accueillants et réactifs. Propreté des locaux Petit déjeuner au top

Parking voiture un peu cher et sans informations sur les tarifs pratiqués (environ 20€ pour quelques heures 1h du matin à 8h) La taxe de séjour prévue à 3€ par nuit a été doublée pour moi à mon arrivée sans explications ?

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral, man ist schnell in der Stadt – das war wirklich super praktisch. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Personal: extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein ganz großes Dankeschön an Vicky – sie war einfach herausragend! Egal ob am Telefon oder vor Ort, Beratung und Unterstützung waren durchgehend perfekt. So einen Service erlebt man selten.

Eigentlich war alles in Ordnung. Wenn ich einen kleinen Verbesserungspunkt nennen müsste, dann wären es mehr Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder – das wäre für Familien noch schöner.
