Excelente localização, apartamentos no padrão anos 90/2000 grandes e confortáveis, muito espaço. nunca tinha ficado em um flat tão grande, se senti em casa. Atendimento nota 10, recursos, café da manhã de alto nível com muita variedade de frutas, muitos doces e ambrosia, muita proteínas e carboidratos, mesas grandes para famílias. Na pude ir na academia e nem na piscina por falta de tempo e frio na época que fui. Destaques: localização muito estratégica, facilmente fomos nos shoppings, expo japão e passear no calçadão. Tem hall de entrada muito bom com 2 elevadores panorâmicos. Fogão normal.

Dei a sorte de ter vizinhos barulhentos a noite e na área geral tem muito barulho (cozinha, lavandeira e sala), quartos silenciosos ótimo para dormir.
