Brackenborough Hotel, BW Signature Collection

This is our go to hotel when we visit family in the area. Family room was clean, spacious and good value for money and is nice and quiet. The food is always good quality and fresh.

We enjoy all aspects of the hotel. Hubby would have liked the £70 steak as one big piece instead of sliced up as he feels this wasnt 16oz.

Location, ambience, comfy room with all the essentials, very good food. The staff is extremely helpful and very polite, and the ladies at the front desk go above and beyond for the customer.

Dinner pizza and chips very nice and family meal fish n chips was good

Staff are amazing, every single one helpful, friendly and professional. Food was excellent, we had lunch - big portìons, well cooked quality food.

Drinks expensive, if you go to an event in the function room take a card as they don't take cash. The room was lovely but the shower needs some attention as mould is forming in the corners.

Cosy English pub style. Very clean, modern bathroom. Nice breakfast. Catered well for a big birthday party.

Didn’t like the bed unfortunately as there was a large dip in the right of the mattress,

The feel and location. Also oh no the outside areas where pleasant.

Room seemed dated and dusty.
