It was amazing we arrived early for check in but the young lady on reception looked after us very well the restaurant had closed but the chef very kindly made a sandwich for us the staff were so helpful nothing was too much trouble. The room was quite spacious and was spotless , bed was very comfortable would definitely go back

Most enjoyable. Staff delightful. WIFI...not too good but kept me from working and enjoyed myself greatly.

WOW! Quelle belle découverte. Du personnel courtois au soin apporté aux aménagements du bâtiment (extérieur et tout particulièrement intérieur ie. aires communes et chambres),tout était parfait. Notre seul regret, y avoir passé qu'une seule nuit.

Notre séjour était très court mais l'endroit est splendide et le personnel très agréable

Pause entre le Limousin et la Bretagne, là où nous avions fait un repas de communion il y a 20 ans quand on habitait à Nantes. Site toujours aussi merveilleux, un peu comme si le temps s'était arrêté... Trés bonne table loin du tumulte de la ville

It's a pretty chateau, in the middle of no where, which was great to begin our Loire valley visit. However, NO WIFI ANYWHERE was really frustrating! Obviously, they need to have Internet access available to clients; they didn't even have a connected computer for guest use.

The hotel is run very well and all the staff come across as very professional. Unfortunately they do not have the comfiest of beds and the foam pillows were of a very poor standard. I had to complain and was told they would fix things only to find 6 hours later nothing had been done. So I ended up checking out at 6pm to find a good nights sleep at another hotel. It was a shame as it seemed to have everything else I was looking for!:(

Great hotel right in the heart of the Bordeaux wine region, very helpful staff and super food. Wifi a bit flakey. Good value

This is a former monastery and has retained all of the character. The food is Michelin star quality served with equivalent service.
