Gute Lage am Chaweng, sehr schöner Infinity Pool mit bequemen und ausreichend vorhandenen Liegen am Pool und am Strand. Sehr aufmerksames Personal verteilt flauschige Poolhandtücher und versorgt beim Frühstück. Wir bekamen ein Upgrade auf ein Maisonette Zimmer. Neben dem Hotel ein Obststand der tolle Smoothies für kleines Geld macht. Zur Ortsmitte am Strand entlang etwa 20 Minuten

Der Aussenbereich der Zimmer war sehr klein und ungemütlich

We moved from a duplex suite with an upstairs bedroom to an ocean-view suite on a single level. Fabulous view. Duplex suite had a bath in the living room which was useless - really ugly and far too large to use. Stairs were steep and the space upstairs was small and (I thought) dangerous because the safety barrier was too low. Beach view suite was much better but again the bath on the balcony was useless. Staff were wonderful; breakfast was fine. Beachside pool was smallish but an attractive area. We enjoyed our staff very much, despite the small niggles ...

Great location, comfortable bed, and the pool itself was nice.

The constant noise and construction directly on the other side of our room for the entire stay was terrible. We couldn't even take a nap. The upkeep of the property is not great, and the service level was lacking. Dirty tables, very full trash cans in the pool area, staff sleeping on the job, used towels not cleaned up after guests, etc. I expected better for the price we paid, and for a place that claims to be a 4-Star resort.

Comfortabele bedden. Het ontbijt was uitstekend. Een goede mix tussen aziatisch en westers. Personeel zorgde altijd voor voldoende aanvulling. Zwembad was oom dik in orde voldoede bedjes. Helaas staan er veel wel een soort van vast zodat je niet mee kunt draaien met de zon. Uitstekende doorgang naar het strand. Zorg wel dat je boekt met een teras met zitje anders krijg je een vaste betonnen bank.

De betonnen bak van het bed is wat onhandig omdat er bij ons links van het bed geen ruimte is om je bed uit te komen.
