room can be too stoofy as it's small and no airconditioned beforhand. it gets too cold when airconditioned.

地下鉄からもまあまあの距離。とにかく博多座観劇にはもってこい。中洲川端には、美味しいお店もあり、立地の好感度よし。朝食の和食は毎日メニューが違い、美味しかった。

部屋にボストンバッグを置く椅子？テーブルが欲しかった 朝食のメニューや味付け、量は良かった 受付の人達の応対や態度は優良だった。

部屋は狭かったのと、今回急いで予約して西鉄ホテルと間違えての予約でしたが、結果とても良かったです。

室内の清潔で快適でした。朝食も健康にこだわったものでのおいしいいただきました。 ただ若干室内の暖房が利かず少々寒かったかなと思いました。 他は何も気になるところもなくとても快適に過ごすことができました。

キャリーバック、コート、手袋を持って朝食に。 会場が半地下の為、階段を下りかけたところで、どこで見ていらしたのか、「お荷物預かります」と声をかけていただきました。 うれしかったです。

内装はヨーロッパの古い小さなホテルを彷彿させるクラシカルな趣のあるホテル。１階にはイギリスのパブをそのまま移築したかのようなクラシカルで趣きのあるとても良い雰囲気。外国人も多く、ビールを飲んでいると、日本ではないような感覚に襲われるほど、雰囲気の良いホテル。

The staff was friendly but it was a challenge communicating in English. The room is too small and not anywhere what the Ad depicted in Hotels.com. The AC did not work and the bathroom crampy. Since English was a challenge, I couldn't ask if I could upgrade. Based on my experience I would not stay there.

I stayed in a single room which was very clean, neat and comfortable, but on the side of a little tight and they also have double rooms as well. This is very typical of most Japanese hotels for the business traveller but very cost effective. Free Wifi in the reception and a great Irish hotel next to the reception where the Wifi worked as well. Great location for business access to the major central business area and for some relaxation and plenty of eating options. Very short walk from subway station - Nakasu - Kawabata exit 1 or 2. Only a 200 yen cost from the Fukuoka airport which is only 4 stops or about 10 - 15 minutes.
