Townhouse Chandpole Metro Station Formerly Hotel Raghuraj Palace

This is the worst hotel in Jaipur, booking.com should be removed this hotel from their website because they did not care about the hotel reservation from the site. The room was not even 1% of what was shown, they were refusing to let us check in, because it was night we checked in somehow but the bathroom tap was rusted and broken, the tiles were completely dirty, nothing was done when we asked for it, I felt like vomiting after seeing it.

The next day we were shifted to another room, there was no water in the basin there too, we did not get any service when we asked for it. In the last when we went for check out they gave us a huge bill amount which was for breakfast which was included in ours but they refused to give us even a single drinking water for free. I have lost my trust in Booking.com and am angry that they listed such a hotel on their site. I've traveled to a lot of countries with booking.com hotel reservations, but this one was the worst. Take strong action and refund my breakfast amount as soon as possible which included with the booking and terminate it soon.

They use pictures from their deluxe rooms for their classic rooms which is false advertising and essentially a scam. Classic rooms are dingy, smelly and so bad we didn’t even end up staying here. Hotel manager was smarmy and rude and refused to move us to the deluxe room he had advertised. Do not book here!!
