Don’t stay here. This hotel is very convenient but the service was appalling. They state that they offer a free shuttle to the airport ‘24/7’ but this is not true. My son and I stayed there because we both had early flights the next morning. The person at the front desk assured us it was not a problem to have two separate transfers since we were flying a few hours apart and he told us what time we each needed to be ready in the lobby. My transfer was second and when I arrived at the lobby, I was told that they didn’t have anyone to drive me and I needed to wait. I was very worried about missing my flight but they patronized me, saying “don’t worry lady”. When I did not accept that, the man became aggressive and said that they have a rule not to provide multiple transfers and I should be grateful they were “helping me out”. He was so rude and dismissive. I did get a ride in the end but only after waiting half an hour and I was very stressed about my flight. It’s not worth staying here. The rooms are also stuffy with dim lighting and very outdated. Stay at the other airport hotel instead and have the peace of mind.
The hotel is average and nothing more. The restaurant is limited as well.

Good pkace to stay if neeing an earlier flight the following day. Free shuttle service to the airport was appreciated. It is a fair walk to the Airport Terminal
The staff at the front desk are very nice. The issue is that the bathroom is really dated and feels filthy. It's not the staff's problem; I believe it's the property's problem--it just needs updating.
Very convenient for airport. Good large rooms with nice bed and bathroom. Good WiFi. Aircon not great. Perfectly adequate.
Very convenient Hotel next to the airport
Room was clean and spacious. Dinner and Breakfast were both good. The walk is ok from the airport to the motel, footpaths the whole way. Back to the airport we used the shuttle bus. It is on demand with very little wait time. Wifi was patchy, other than that great overnight stay.
