Very accommodating staff. Even made breakfast earlier so that we could attend a sporting event starting early in the morning.

Everything. Central location but despite this definitely not too noisy. Most/all rooms have a very pretty view of the court outside. Host was kind and booked me a taxi. The shutters and windows meant you could quite effectively block out all light and really mute the vast majority of the sound coming from outside. AC system was easy to use and effective too. Bathroom was a little dated in style but was very clean and in good working condition, and the shower had good pressure and doesn't need to be updated, the rest of the room was very modern. I hope to return to Malcesine one day, and if I do I will definitely come back to this hotel. Incredible value for money, they recommend booking directly.

I didn't like leaving at the end of my stay.
