The staff was exceptional—pleasant, friendly, and hardworking. The lady at reception was also working behind the bar and even serving dinner. She always had a smile and kind words for everyone. She was the star who made this hotel shine for us! We had a nice room for four people—two adults and two teenagers for great price. Free parking and internet were available. The hotel was clean and featured a restaurant serving delicious Austrian food with generous portions. It is conveniently located near Parndorf Outlet.
