Hotel Sabiote

Nous ne regrettons pas d'avoir choisi cet hôtel mais son grand inconvénient est le bruit de la route se trouvant à côté, malgré 2 vitres. Hôtel à des prix corrects et très propre.

I have been in this Hotel for 2 nights, I loved the bed, it was so comfortable, the room really clean, The quality of the breakfast was good, maybe not really a lot of choice, but when you have good food is more than enough! Pineda de mar is a small lovely place, even though I just have been there for a Music Festival! I recommend it!

Stayed for a week, excellent value for money. Good breakfast, lovely clean rooms, friendly staff, I would definitely recommend. We were on the main road but the noise didn't bother us with the window closed ( free air con)

My partner and I stayed here in mid May. The hotel in my opinion deserves much more than just a single star rating, as we found everything to be done to a very high standard for the money that was charged. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone.

We stayed for four nights during the fiesta pineda de mar which was everything we expected a spanish fiesta to be. The location was perfect for restaurants, beach and shops etc. This hotel is friendly, clean and has all the facilities you would need for a break in the sun.

Stayed here with my partner for the last week in August for 7 days and we were very pleased we chose this hotel. We took the half board option and the food was absolutely lovely. The breakfast is buffet style and you get a choice of 2 cereals, white and brown bread to toast if you wish, jams, marmalade and nutella, yoghurt, couple of different types of bread roll, cheese, three different meats, coffee, tea, orange or pineapple juice, fruit, doghnuts, crossants and other pastries to choose from. So even if it is the same every day there's plenty to choose from to have a different variety. Evening meal consisted of a set menu of a choice of 2 starters, 2 mains and about 4 desserts. Room was very clean and spacious, has free safe and air conditioning, lovely comfy pillows and bed. Any noise was contained by the two sets of patio doors, one being double glazed so no problem with church or road. Bathroom had a hair dryer, soap dispenser for the basin, shower and hair gel dispenser over the bath and an excellent shower. Clean towels whenever you wanted them. Overall we enjoyed our stay here. No complaints at all and the only reason this hotel can be one star is due to the fact that there is no pool and the food is not buffet style. The beach is only ten minutes walk maximum. The family running this hotel were friendly and the lady even offered us paella on the last night for dinner. As neither of us are too keen on fish, she got the chef to make it with meat and sausage etc.

This small family run hotel made our stay in Pineda De Mar very enjoyable, close to the beach with lots of amenities suitable for all ages. Our room was a double on the third floor, was on the road side not the church side, triple glazed so road noise kept to a minimum and air conditioning very quiet. The room was very clean and cleaned every day. The roof terrace was lovely and initially shocked by the church bells, but as the week went on we would carry on reading whilst the bells did what they did!! They stop ringing at midnight and restart at 7am, ringing on the hour and donging on the quarter. My partner and I found it very authentic and Spanish, watching the hustle and bustle of the church goers. We booked bed and breakfast and ate most of our evening meals there, as it was good tasty very reasonably priced food and drink, in comparison to the local bars. One review said the food was terrible, they were there when we were, so were they ate I don't know!! the menu was limited but good enough for us. The other review slated the lack of choice at breakfast, there was yoghurts, two choices of cereals, pastries, toast, sliced meats and cheeses, fresh fruit, Orange juice, pineapple juice, tea, coffee and nice cold milk! What people don't seem to understand is they've read that the Sabiote Hotel is a one star hotel, not a five, we definitely felt we where in a higher than a one star Hotel. Would definitely go again, mainly due to the Spanish family who own/run the Sabiote.

The room is very basic and not big, but enough for comfortable stay for two people with condition. Clean. Cheap WiFi for 1 EUR per day. Location... not bad, 10 min walking to the beach. The bad thing is that the hotel is located directly on the main road of the town and you will have nonstop 24h traffic just outside your windows - hard to sleep with open windows. Better to choose room facing the church with it's regular 15 min bell ring then the room facing main road. All in all not bad to stay for reasonable price, but avoid eating in the hotel - it's really terrible :((. We had HB (breakfast and dinner) meal plan. Breakfast all the days was the same with no exceptions. Lunch... avoid :(( - they can't cook tasty meal. I'm not speaking about "delicious food", no, just normal food you can eat ... it was impossible to eat what they cook for lunch and dinner. I've never seen any local people at their restaurant during my stay.

This hotel was well worth its 1* and probably worthy of more. The room was very clean, the customer service was excellent, the breakfasts were delicious with lovely fresh fruit and lots of choice. The church bells did ring but I liked that sound. It was relaxing, safe and close to the beach and town.

This family-runned 1-star hotel is located in the center of Pineda de Mar, next to the local Christian church, so the bell rings every 15mins - if it disturbes you, do not choose this hotel. Our triple room and the huge bathroom were well-cleaned, the made cleaned the room and changed the towels every day Free air-condition and free safe in the locker were available, but you have to pay for the wi-fi network. Breakfast was same all day, but it was ok, definitely not a 1-star quality with wide selection of cereals, donuts, fruits, drinks, ham and salami (but we missed the vegetables). The hotel is 8-10 mins walk from the beach, and you can reach the local carrefour supermarket in 2mins. The Sabiote has reasonable prices and welcoming and helpful staff. The restaurant is cheaper then the others which are closer to the beach but the quality is very good. Hotel Sabiote worth more stars.
