Honestly the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. It was the only room left in town, so we booked it. I would recommend changing your travel plans if that is the case for you. I am not picky so I thought some of the reviews might be extreme. But it is much worse than you can imagine. The man checking us in was lovely, and deserves a better hotel to work in. They need to invest money into the place in every way, it was overall a depressing and disquieting experience.

The walls and ceiling were stained with some splashes, so gross. Carpet on stairs is torn and ancient. The bathroom had curling lino and stained shower. The window opened onto a corrugated steel wall. The room was sweltering but the open window had an industrial fan outside it that ran all night, the noise was awful. Completely bare walls, with screws where pictures once were. The windowsill was deteriorated and grossly sticky.

The breakfast (cost 5 euros) was very good. Really enjoyed it and it set me up for the day.

The shower was fairly good. However the whole place was very dated and very noisy at night. So much that I was woken up several times. On one occasion I could hear the person in the next room snoring. I even watched something on my ipad at 1 o'clock.

This location is perfect to walk from the train station. It is an easy walk to museums and Waterford Crystal. There were many pubs and restaurants near by. The best was the breakfast every morning. It was made fresh and to your specific order. The bed was comfortable. The room and bath was very clean.

We had a room facing the street. Road noise and the nearby pub was loud until about 11pm. We knew that was a possibility before booking.

L'établissement est situé au bord d'une rue avec un traffic routier important, et il y a un pub à proximité, donc pour dormir au calme, il vaut mieux demander une chambre côté cours.

Het ontbijt was prima, gezellig personeel. Verder was het niet veel meerdere ongure types in huis onduidelijk wat ze daar deden, ik had duidelijk andere verwachtingen, door foto’s op internet

Ontvangst was onduidelijk, hadden eerst verkeerde kamer

Good location, owner very friendly, excellent breakfast. Clean room, shower/bathroom good..Problems reported and sorted.

Building in need of full refurbishment. Decor neglected.. general impression was grubby, however bedrooms and bedding clean
