This place is prime. The hotel is decorated in an exquisite style. The grounds are nice and the breakfast is excellent. The staff is very pleasant.

I felt my room was a bit tight for two people but overall great place.

Nowadays it's not unusual to find 5 star rated hotels wherever you choose to travel to, but often times you leave some of these premises feeling confused about the rating, as they feel as though they shouldn't get more than 3 starts, because they fall short in one thing or another, service is one of them. Thats definitely not the case with this boutique hotel though - I was looking for a boutique one where I could relax and celebrate a special occasion, but far from croweded spaces and loud uncaring guests, and at a hotel where I felt trully at a luxuary home, in its utilities, facilities and specially service. That's what I got at this little jewel in Campos do Jordão. Fernando and Gianluca made sure my stay was utterly enjoyable, always going the extra mile to make sure we had all we needed. The space was spotless, the amenities brand new and well kept, the breakfast delightful and fresh. The sauna and Jacuzzi are definitely a must, they will make sure it's ready for you whenever you choose to try them out. There are bikes if you fancy cycling whilst sightseeing as well. The difference here is definitely on the details, and on that note this hotel definelty got a high mark from me. HIGHLY recommend.

There is a 10 % charge on the total price of your stay. That wasn't very clear to me when I booked, I was happy to pay at the check out as I trully enjoyed my stay and the service, but I'd have advised beforehand.
