Thwy made us wait for 3hours and still couldnt get our room even had our reservation very poor management.

Sehr alte Möbel, ungemütliches kleines Bett. Sauberkeit fraglich. Kein Toilettenpapier. All inklusive ist nur zum locken der Touristen. Die Getränke und das Essen sind nicht gut gewesen.

Every day we came bck when the hotel.room.is dirty. The receptiomist doesnt speak english.

extremely disappointed, manager of hotel was very unhelpful, rooms were not ready when we arrived, it was dirty and through the whole week it was cleaned only once. The staff were just not willing to help in any way, one of our rooms had no tv but still would not change our room. Through the week we only had hot water in the bathroom once, overall please stay away from this place

For a very cheap budget hotel the Reis Maris was great. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and there was everything you may need. Close to the beach and all the night life but not close enough to disturb. the only things they could improve was the breakfast (needs more variety and juice) and the wi-fi which did not reach all the hotel.

We arrived at the hotel at 5 am and was told ther is not a room for us although we had booked through Expedia. Turned away! And our details were clearly on th system.

Personel ilgisi oldukça acemiceydi personel sayısı yeterli değil. Havlular kirliydi. Duştan sıcak su akmıyordu. Kahvaltı oldukça yetersizdi. Klima ayrıca ücretli olmasına rağmen düzgün çalışmıyordu. Kahvaltılı motel gibiydi. Aldığı parayl hak etmiyor

Klima ilginç olarak ücretliydi, chek-out zamanından 1 saat önce kapımız çalınmadan dışarıdan açıldı. Kahvaltıyı veren teyze neredeyse azarlayarak uzattı tabağı.konumu iyi ,havuzu fena değil bunun dışında pek birşey yok
