La estancia ha sido fantástica, las habitaciones tienen un tamaño estupendo, la limpieza muy buena, además nos limpiaron el parabrisas del vehículo! Si te haces socio en la web hacen muchos descuentos! El desayuno muy bueno, mucha variedad y zumo natural. El servicio compuesto de personal muy amable y encantadores. El spa tiene muchas piscinas de diferentes tipos y dos tipos de sauna. Nos ha encantado!

Quizá un poco alejado del centro, pero está en una zona muy tranquila, así que se agradece.

De sfeer in het hotel, het complete ontbijtbuffet, de grootte van de kamer. Dat is vier sterren waard. Receptionist Miguel, 5* voor hem!

De matrassen zijn van een erg, erg slechte kwaliteit waarbij je de veren goed voelt én hoort als je draait. Heb je schouderproblemen of last van je heup blijf hier dan weg. Zelfs in herbergen hebben wij betere matrassen gehad Het belangrijkste, namelijk de slaapkwaliteit is beneden niveau. Wij beslisten maar één van de drie nachten te blijven. Er wordt een VISA kaart gevraagd bij inchecken ook al is er betaald via booking. Dit werkt geen vertrouwen op.

La ubicación está cercana al centro, frente al Palacio de Congresos.

Tuvimos que hacer upgrade de la habitación porque el espacio en la habitación que se nos adjudicó era mínimo. El parking por los alrededores era imposible y el precio del parking del hotel excesivo. Mejor aparcar en el Palacio de congresos cercano. Hotel con años y necesitado de una reforma , menos habitaciones y más cuidadas . El Spa es correcto pero también necesitaría reformarlo para hacerlo más acogedor
