Great breakfast and value. Stayed here during a ski trip. If you’re looking for a good value place to stay in a small town give this one a shot

No Internet cafe in the hotel. I lost my phone and needed a computer to login into my banking accounts to move money around and unfreeze my cards but wasn't able to do so due to there being no computers accessible to the paying guest.

Breakfast was good, quiet when in thd rolm.

Very clean and pretty

The downfall is the desk customer service I received from the older lady working that evening. We booked online and once we got there at 2am the front desk lady was doing a diamond painting and turned to look at us very upset she was being disturbed for doing her job. Then she proceeded to tell us they were fully booked when I clearly showed her our online confirmation. She then said she had cancelled our room and marked it as a no show. After some arguing, she then said she did have a room and tried to double our online charge that we were quoted. I showed her my confirmation once again with the total and then with a horrible attitude changed the amount charged. It’s sad that such a clean and pretty hotel has customer service that wasn’t up to par

I've stayed at the Inn on Sheridan almost every visit while I am at the Cancer center.. It's always been a very nice stay, however this visit was very disappointing. They have signs posted EVERYWHERE about a smoke free hotel. This must be only cigarettes because they DO NOT ENFORCE the smoking of marijuana. We had a great room until a person decided to light up and it was so strong in our room we were forced to move rooms to an older room. Upon checking out this morning we were accosted by a man standing outside smoking pot and had to walk through it. I myself have had cancer twice, I know some people use it for appetite and pain management, but if a hotel says smoke free, it needs to be smoke free! And enforced..
