It’s was clean good customer service and breakfast was great gym clean pool clean

we liked the room, but parking was in a parking garage down the street. This was very inconvenient!!

All staff were very proactive in terms of customer service. We travel a lot, this hotel's room design was slightly different and I liked it very much. Pool and a hot tub were wonderful. The breakfast is actually something substantial and you can find things that are fairly nutritious. Highly recommend if you need a place near Williamsport, this is the hotel to use!

Very comfortable and relaxing

I had a 2bedroom suite for 4 days and 3 nights and it was a really nice room. My problem was 2 out of 3 of those nights there was loud jumping above our heads. I work 16 hour shifts so i was really hopimg for aome rest when i got off work. I called down multiple times where they said that they will handle it but all the people did was get louder. I was told the manager would call me the next day and i never recieved a call. I called left a message and left my number again but two weeks later and no phone call.

It felt like i was being harrassed the fire alarm mysteriously coming on seemed like they set it off and came up to inspect also i was told to sign a smoking paper but the 2 Caucasian couples wasnt told to sign paper ....will not be coming back
