I love the onsen facility there . It has so many onsen pools and all with different health benefits. The dining staff were exceptional. My dad had a stomach discomfort and couldn’t hv his dinner. The staff prepared porridge and sent it to our room for him. Their service standards are really top-notch. The location is good too! Just right beside the entrance to the Jigokudani.

Beautiful room with delicious meals. Both indoor and outdoor grand baths (public onsens) are very nice and relaxing.

I think the private onsen in the room is a bit expensive and I didn't enjoy it cuz the water's too hot....

"Un très bon séjour unissant randonnées dans la nature et détente avec l'onsen"

Les repas proposés sont très copieux et plutôt bons. L'onsen est exceptionnel. L'hotel est bien positionné car il donne accès aux randonnée de noboribetsu onsen facilement (sauf pour le lake Kuttara qui est un peu plus loin).

Bâtiment sud un peu isolé de l'onsen et du restaurant.

Fantastic public Bath with so so many options of Onsen and they have poster showing route to enjoy which Onsens for what purpose ( physical fatigue, mental fatigue) Breakfast and dinner buffet both good.
