Air conditiioning in the bedroom did not work (just the one in the living room) and they promised to fix it in 1-2h. They did not and in the evening when we came back to the hotel their solution was: “open the windows”. Also: 2 towels when the room was explicitly booked for 2 adults and one kid. The minibar contained 1 small bottle of water, one cola and so on - so you would have to spend some time in the supermarkets in the evening to have water for three people during the night. Coffe was available just for the first morning (teo capsules) - they did not replenish it the next day.
