Villas Alondra

Breakfast was excellent with a great variety, the staff at reception were the best I've come across on all my holidays, extremely helpful and couldn't do enough to help us. The kitchen/living area was very spacious as was the outside area.

We had 4 adults staying in each villa, the twin room in each villa was too small for adults

Exceeded all expectations! Location (short walk to bars and restaurants), easy check in, beautiful grounds, private car park space (with Grand Deluxe Villa), lots of space and wonderful privacy of outdoor pool and self contained living space with kitchen and lounge, wardrobes. If you are celebrating a birthday, I highly recommend the birthday decoration package. Also did the extra food and drink package for a nice arrival. Everything was perfect! Thank you so much!

Nos alojamos en una villa increíble con una piscina maravillosa. Eso era bueno, pero lo mejor es el personal que trabaja allí, tanto en recepción como en donde tomábamos el desayuno, que por cierto era muy variado y exquisito. Nos dejamos en la villa un par de cosas que, sin ningún problema, me enviaron a Madrid. Un lujazo el sitio y un lujazo las personas que allí trabajan, siempre ayudando y súper amables.

Todo estuvo genial, antes, durante y después. Si tengo que poner un pero, serían las almohadas de las camas. Lo demás, genial.

Very private, zero noise, good breakfast and nice staff, nice pool in the villa but cold

We were in a classic villa, kitchen it was only coffee capsules, no salt or etc…, villa it looked very runout’s, I think it need a revamp

Our stay at Villas Alondra (28–30 December 2025) was one of the most disappointing and stressful hotel experiences we have ever had. From the moment we arrived, it became clear that the villa did not meet basic hygiene, safety, or accommodation standards. Staff was distant and didn’t seem to care at all. The most serious issue was visible black mold across the living room ceiling, which poses a clear health risk and makes the accommodation objectively unfit for stay. In addition, the villa had no running water for approximately 16 hours (overnight from December 29 to 30). This meant no shower, no toilet use, no water in the kitchen — completely unacceptable conditions for a paid accommodation. A property without water is simply not habitable. Further issues included: - an unclean garden with animal feces and debris - ⁠cigarettes everywhere - a jacuzzi that was dirty and not properly maintained - no towels provided upon check-in - repeated service issues that required constant follow-up What makes this experience particularly frustrating is what happened after check-in: We were explicitly told by hotel staff upon arrival that we would be reimbursed for at least one night due to the many issues and inconveniences. Based on this assurance, we stayed. However, after check-out no refund was processed, and despite repeated follow-ups via Booking.com and directly with the hotel, no money was ever returned. This promise was simply not honored. While the hotel offered a dinner as a “gesture of goodwill”, this does not compensate for health hazards, the loss of essential services like water, or a broken refund commitment. Instead of rest and relaxation, we spent most of our stay dealing with problems, stress, and complaints. Equally disappointing was the lack of accountability afterward. Serious issues such as mold, lack of water, and the promised refund were never properly addressed. This stay fell far below what one would expect from a premium villa.

Personnel très accueillant avec une vraie volonté de faciliter le bon déroulement du séjour Le petit-déjeuner est très bon L'emplacement sur l'île permet facilement de relier les différentes parties de l'île tout en étant proche de l'aéroport (pratique selon les horaires de vol)

Le ménage est correct mais sans plus (sol sale) Une démarche écologique pourrait être proposée pour ne pas changer systématiquement les serviettes de toilette Impossible de profiter de la piscine car elle n'est pas chauffée (séjour en février)
