Friendly host greeted us when we arrived. Secure bike storage. Quiet room. Great breakfast choices.

Great location close to the beach and restaurants. The person who checked us in and out was very friendly and spoke very good English. The breakfast was also very good.

Nothing to complain about.

For Breakfast you get "everything" ,it was self-service. Air-condition, TV (with only Italian programs), bed were ok. Location is ok, approximately 500 meters from beach.

The room was quite small, with the window to the balcony of the next room, therefore the window should be cloesed all the day. I was in the room without balcony or terrace.

Single room was big enough, room Cleaned every day, towels changed every day, toiletries added every day. Breakfast great with many choices

Proximity to sea. Very welcoming front desk and friendly staff. We had one room with balcony with a view to the side of the hotel, and one without a balcony. Rooms were quiet, with good air conditioning and we slept really well. Excellent buffet breakfast - lots of choice. We chose to walk across the causeway from Comacchio. That was mostly really good, but coming off the path in to the outskirts of Lido d'Estense a bit more like walking along a road with traffic - information on accessing the hotel when walking might be useful to other travellers. For our return journey we took a bus - bus stop easy to find.

Only thing was we were given a discount card for hotel restaurant, but it wasn't open that day!
