"Great hotel"

The hotel is situated in a great,quiet location ,close to shops and beaches . Very friendly staff and nice clean spacious rooms with a big fridge, microwave and a.c . Stairs are quiet steep and narrow so would recommend for people with no restricted mobility

A Localização é ótima, perto da praia e bem no centro mas numa rua tranquila. Nosso quarto era todo reformado, enorme. novo e tinha varanda. Ar condicionado ótimo. Limpeza diária. Não tinhamos pequeno almoço incluído, porém podiamos pagar a parte e o preço era excelente.

Não trocavam a toalha diariamente. Não havia shampoo nem gel de banho.

A wonderful holiday in Benidorm, Spain, staying at Hotel Irati. Although it is officially a one-star hotel, we experienced exceptional hospitality, impeccable cleanliness, and an unbeatable value for money. Hotel Irati is located just a 3-minute walk from the beach, in the heart of the beautiful Old Town of Benidorm. We met wonderful people and truly enjoyed an amazing vacation. We arrived from Germany with a delay due to our flight, but the communication with the hotel staff via messages was more than perfect. The room was equipped with a TV, refrigerator, air conditioning, and a modern bathroom with a shower cabin, hairdryer, and other amenities. It is worth mentioning that smoking is not allowed inside the rooms, which is absolutely fair and beneficial for both the hosts and the guests. However, an ashtray is provided on the balcony, making it the designated area for smokers. The room was cleaned daily, and the towels were changed every day. The safety of personal belongings was clearly a priority, as the room was equipped with a personal safe. I highly recommend Hotel Irati for a successful and enjoyable holiday stay. We hope to return one day to this wonderful, vibrant city full of life!

Lovely little hotel very central to everything! Place cleaned everyday staff very helpful. Had breakfast one of the days was nice. I would highly recommend great value for money.

My room didn't have a balcony.
