受付やお掃除のスタッフの方々は皆さん丁寧に応対していただき良かったです。ウェルカムドリンクは、すごくホッとできるので、良かったです。部屋に入ったときは、綺麗にお掃除され、気持ちよく泊まれました。

壁紙の青いシミが広範囲で気になりました。空気清浄器のフィルター掃除のランプがついていました。水を入れる容器のふたや本体の周りに少し黒い汚れがありました。空気清浄器なので、黒い汚れやフィルターの清潔さは気になりました。　黒い小さい鏡に指紋がついていたので、ウェットティッシュで拭いたのですが、取れませんでした。
