出発の朝、部屋から出る際、荷物が多くて大変なとき、清掃の方がエレベーターまで運んでくれて、助かりました。

初日、部屋の床が掃除が行き届いてなく残念です。ベッドも硬くて翌朝腰が痛かったこれは個人的な感想です。
