For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, she/he must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. Atendimento, Qualidade do Serviço e Limpeza

Gostaria de registrar minha experiência durante a hospedagem. No momento do check-in, enfrentei uma situação desagradável, pois permaneci cerca de 1 hora na fila de espera, sendo informada de que o sistema estava lento. Como sugestão de melhoria, considerando que o hotel já envia e-mail para antecipação do check-in, seria interessante disponibilizar um totem ou fila prioritária para hóspedes que já realizaram esse procedimento, trazendo mais agilidade ao atendimento. Outro ponto foi um problema com o ar-condicionado do quarto. Acionei a manutenção, porém não tive retorno e permaneci no desconforto do calor. No dia seguinte, entrei em contato com a gerente, que foi extremamente atenciosa e prestou um excelente atendimento, solucionando a situação com a liberação de late check-out como cortesia.
