Red Roof Inn San Dimas - Fairplex

The staff was very helpful ,Sabrina was helpful in trying to find me and my wife the best value for us being were in a situation to be with out a home or apartment ,first time ever staying in a motel for a extended time .

Just the homeless people around but it's every where .

Well the very frist thing was the smell when entering the rooms. second was lack of towels and soap in dispencers. also there are alot of areas in rooms that are degrading, bathroom clulking for one. also one to work on is windows that have plywood on them. we felt unsecure seeing these rooms boarded up. When we asked for towels, we were treated poorly about them. we had two rooms one with king and two guest. they had one towel. When went to desk they gave us a hard time saying we needed to trade in the towels to get new ones? the other room we had a queen bed and a king bed four guest. we had two towels. when I asked room service for two towels. we got push back, I had to explain we had only two towels for four people.

There was dog pee smell right next to my bed (by nightstand) so I could smell it all the time. I had to put a towel and an air freshener on top of it so I couldn't smell it. I told them when we checked out and they they gave us 28 dollar credit, which we did NOT receive that. Also the exhaust fans in the bathrooms need new! Every time we are there they never work worth even turning on, or AT ALL. And there is a lot of random people just walking around, digging in trash for recycling, and its obvious that they are NOT paid guests. We like staying here, but the whole place needs simple updating. Thank you

The staff in the office was nice

smoker everywhere 🙄 covers and towels was dirty mold under the bed , door knob came straight off when i turned it police was there every hour of the hour . My room was at the corner and smelled nothing but trashed and cat pissed people live there and feed the cats to come on property . But if you trying to trap that’s the perfect spot

We asked for house cleaning 5 times and the maids didn't do it, just skipped us.

Drug users outside, homeless 24 hrs a day, facility is in bad shape, dirty, absolutely ugly
