Posizione sul mare, piscine fantastiche immerso nel verde

Lo staff é da cambiare totalmente non professionale, scortese, svogliato. Animazione fatta da ragazzini. Noi avevamo solo colazione ed era pessima, pochissima scelta e quando arrivavi alle 9 già non c’era più nulla!!!

krasne prostredie, skvely bazen, udrziavany areal

strava slaba, malo zeleniny a ovocia,chybali dezerty na večeru, hladny neostanete ale nie je to nič extra.. personal nehovori po anglicky (prevazna čast) ale snažili sa vyhovieť a dorozumieť, boli všetci veľmi mily a stále usmiaty

Esterno piacevole e rilassante.

Il personale nel complesso è stato disponibile, ma ci vorrebbe più precisione nella gestione delle prenotazione tavoli nella sala ,in quanto durante il soggiorno non mi è stato riservato un posto a mio nome,come invece avevano gli altri clienti. Per quanto riguarda la struttura, per un 4 stelle le stanze erano poco curate.

Devo dire che sono arrivato con qualche dubbio, a causa di alcune recensioni non ottime; tuttavia il nostro soggiorno è stato rilassante e coinvolgente allo stesso tempo. Un ringraziamento ai ragazzi dell'animazione, in particolare ad Andrea. La struttura e immensa: campi da tennis, piscine, campi di calcio, spiaggia privata.....insomma un villaggio turistico completo. Molto vantaggiosa anche l'offerta per la cena a buffet.
