Reef Point Cottages

Access to washroom on groundfloor in middle of nite difficult given spiral staircase.

Check-in was easy with code on phone. Cabin looked cozy and comfortable as we entered. Everything was very clean. We especially enjoyed the barbecue on the covered porch/deck. Kitchen was well stocked with necessary utensils/dishes/pots.

A lot of the kitchen utensils were of black plastic [danger of micro plastic contamination in food]. The only choice for washing dishes was a dishwasher. This posed a dilemma since plastics should not be put in the dishwasher! SUGGESTION: There should be a drying rack for dishes that should not be in the dishwasher. Also there were no dish towels!!! Please add a dish trying rack and dish towels.

A very beautiful area and close to the sea and two beaches. Would highly recommend staying here if visiting Ucculet, Tofino and Pacific Rim Park .

Great simple place to stay. Worked well for a short work trip with a dog. The spiral stairs require care to navigate.

This was a great base for us and had everything we needed. It was close to some trailheads and to the town. Bed was comfy, place was clean and shower was good.

The owner of this property is rude and ignorant with poor frustration tolerance. He was rude on the phone right from the beginning. Would not recommend staying here.

Le service. Nous avons oublié un cable + chargeur + adaptateur dans la chambre en partant et avons laissé un message vocal sur le tel et avons envoyé un email . Nous n avons jamais eu de reponse de Reef point . C est franchement scandaleux

We were really looking forward to this stay. The cottages look quaint and inviting on the listing. Unfortunately, of the many places we have stayed on our travels, this was the only one where we were disappointed. We are aware this was peak season, still, the value for the price was not there. Our cottage had a pull out couch for me to sleep on so my mother could have the bed. The fitted sheet was for a single not a double so I was unable to cover the mattress. Some other issues included but were not limite to: the stove had a broken knob, the bathroom is dated, rusted, and the sink dripped contstantly. I would not recommend this location.
