Cleanliness, cozy room

Room with a window to the main street, incredible traffic noise; staff at our arrival not very welcoming, NO staff available at check-out, so I had to leave the keys at reception; an insulting phone call from one of the staff the next day, complaining about my review on Booking; we will not stay at this hotel again.
