Come to know our unique concept "Your House in the Desert". Located in the Ayllu de Solcor, 2953 feet from the center of San Pedro de Atacama, in a 3.330 square yards of land and with a maximum capacity of 36 passengers per night, We have two main houses, each house has a living room, a dining room, a kitchen and a large terrace overlooking the pool. The rooms have heating in the bedroom and bathroom, King or Queen beds, 2 types of pillows, 2 USB plugs on both sides of the bed, type A and type C, safe, fan, LED lighting, closet, hairdryer, magnifying mirror in the bathrooms, card locks and satellite Wifi first level. 6 of the 12 rooms have private terraces. LOCAL TAX LAW Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA). This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately.Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Melhor lugar para se hospedar no Atacama"

Conforto, sofisticação, excelente atendimento e acolhimento dos funcionários

Gostei de absolutamente tudo. A única atenção que eu daria seria para os assentos e chez da área da piscina. Que por se tratar de uma área muito seca e com muita areia estavam sempre empoeirados e um pouco sujos para sentar e relaxar. Acredito que esses móveis precisam ser limpos com mais frequência por conta da areia da região.

"Beautiful and homely hotel, couldn't be better!"

Great location, quiet but easy enough to get into town quickly (especially if you take the hotel bikes!). Such lovely and homely accommodation with everything you'd possibly need. Stylish, comfortable and spacious rooms. Lovely, simple but fresh breakfast. Great facilities, including washing machines for guests to use which were very appreciated during our trip!

Se você gosta de banhos gelados, mesmo com termômetros marcando 8ºC nas manhãs e noites da cidade de São Pedro do Atacama, o Hotel Casa Solcor é o local ideal para você se hospedar. Mas, atenção: altitude + banhos gelados podem causar a elevação de sua pressão arterial e as consequências serão certamente prejudiciais à sua saúde. Assim, antes de ir, melhor consultar um médico e um agente de viagens de sua confiança, para evitar esses perrengues. Mais uma coisinha: se o Hotel Casa Solcor, de São Pedro do Atacama, tem 4 estrelas, como afirmam o Tripadvisor e o Booking, o AC Hotel by Marriott Santiago Cenco Costanera tem 8 estrelas!!!!

Beautiful decor and relaxing surroundings. Lots of places to chill quietly. Staff incredibly friendly, proactive and helpful with my multitude of questions. Facilities to store and cook meals and to order take in meals. Mountain bikes. Organised great tours of the Atacama

Washing machine took hours to wash clothes.

"Lovely place with great outdoor areas"

A lovely place. The outdoor areas are excellent and ideal for chilling either during the day or evening. Plenty of facilities, kitchens, fridges etc if you wish to self cater. Staff were very helpful. If you leave early for an excursion they prepare a picnic which was very useful. It is about a 15 minute walk into town. This was fine with us but may not suit some people.

We felt the breakfast choice could be improved, particularly the fruit options and quality of the coffee.

Lugar com clima informal e super organizado. Da autonomia e independência para o hóspede, possui cozinha equipada disponível, máquina de lavar e outros benefícios.

La atención resultó fuera de serie. En general tratamos de no dormir en San Pedro, porque los hoteles suelen ser feos caros y hasta con olores raros. CASA SOLCOR nos sorprendió gratamente. Todo en condiciones, buenos baños y atención espectacular.
