Die Angestellten waren alle sehr nett und zuvorkommend, außer der junge Mann an der Rezeption, und seine Kollegin auf der Terrasse, die dringend einen Fortbildung zum Thema „ Kommunikation mit Gästen und Freundlichkeit“ besuchen sollten

Das Managment, dem erst nach 5 Tagen aufgefallen ist, dass wir für eine Verlängerungsnacht versehentlich eine andere Zimmerkategorie gebucht hatten Fiel wohl erst beim einchecken der neuen Gäste auf, woraufhin man uns versuchte am selben Tag zu kontaktieren (wir waren in Gebirge ohne Empfang) War bei unserer Rückkehr folgte, wir sollten dafür bezahlen, dass sie anderen Gästen ein Zimmerupgrade gegeben haben Man ließ uns keine Möglichkeit, in eine schlechtere Kategorie umzuziehen sondern verlangte sofort den gesamten Endbetrag, so als ob wir die Rechnung nicht begleichen wollen Man sperrte die Zimmer bis zur Begleichung der Rechnung So wurde ich noch niemals in einem Hotel behandelt Dieser Vorfall lässt alles positive vorher mit einem unangenehmen Gefühl zurück

Frühstück super. Personal super. Preis-Leistung super,. Sauna und Pool super. Zimmer gut.

Das Essen (außer Frühstück) war eher durchschnittlich. Bunter Salatteller war sehr schlecht (verschiedene grüne Salatblätter und einige kleine Tomaten; für 16€ komplett übertrieben)

Das Essen war sehr gut

Alles verwinkelt und dadurch zu viele Treppenstufen. Im Sommer wird es in den Zimmern sehr heiss.
