Late check in and parking reservation available when you email or call them... Staff Symon is really helpful. Just 2 drawbacks... If you have heavy luggage, you might need to haul it up flights of stairs and you can hear your neighbors coming back late... Otherwise, it's a really good place. Definitely would stay again if visiting Kraków.

It was short and definitely worth while for a family man who has kids they can play in courtyard

Lovely time taking in sights of Krakow and enjoying local beers and food at very reasonable prices.

Perfectly practical and functional, clean and close to tourist attractions

Clean and tidy studio room. A little smaller than anticipated. Quiet location. The main drawback was that the room was on the top floor with no lift access..this meant a climb of 112 steps each day to get to the room...not something we were expecting or had any prior knowledge of from the site. Staff were very helpful.

Aside from having no lift to the 7th(ish) floor the facility was fantastic, and provided everything we needed. The close proximity to everything Krakowian made the stay one that I look forward to repeating.

Within a 10 minute walk from the main square, several supermarkets nearby and staff helped us plan trips with ease. :)

Nice apartment very well located in Krakow. There is a parking place in front of it (out of the price). Walking you can go to the main touristic areas in the city.

We stayed for two nights in the apartment. The apartment is decorated very nicely, was comfortable, and had a beautiful view. It was also priced very reasonably. It is situated about a 15 minute walk from the train / bus station and Old Town which was fairly convenient. The staff was amazing - he was there for our late check in; gave us a map and some tips on places to go and eat in Krakow; let us leave our luggage and charge a cell phone at the office the day we checked out (we were getting an overnight train and spent the day in Krakow); helped with a food delivery phone call when there was a bit of a language barrier issue; and called us a cab to the train station our last day there. Really polite, helpful, and went above and beyond - which really means so much when you're a tired tourist visiting a new country where you don't speak the native language. The only minor downsides to the apartment were that one of the bed legs seemed a little bent (didn't collapse but was bending, so may need repair), the wifi went in and out for us, and there is not an elevator, which can be a little bit of a workout if you don't pack light. ;-) Overall, it is a very nice apartment in a good location with absolutely excellent staff though. We've been traveling to various countries in Europe for going on a month, and he was one of the most helpful, kind people that we've encountered so far - thanks so much!

I would only have one fault with this apartment and its the flights of stairs. But it states it when you book. I didn't mind the exercise even after walking around all day and night. Easy check in and friendly staff.
