Fantastic hostel. Most comfortable mattress. Large bathroom. Everything very clean. Plus friendly and helpful staff. Excellent accomodation at good rates!

The bedroom height made it a nice temperature and airy, there were no curtains on the bunkbeds but the beds were arranged in a curved row so no one looked across at you so very good. Bed comfy and clean bedding. The bar area was very big. The location was the best and the staff were positive and smiling

For a short stay I can only say it was good, No breakfast but found a great cafe nearby(Yolo) Nightclub also near (stacks) it was also near my bus terminal. I got a flixbus from Leeds and was suprised kabanas was just two minutes away. I would stay here again. Newcastle people are great. Many thanks all

The location was good.

The room wasnt the best. Rotting skirting boards in toilet. Wet room plug was blocked so it flooded when I had a shower. Hotel didnt serve food was really disappointed as we weren't made aware of this when booking. Wasnt impressed even at a discounted price wasnt worth it.
