The staff, beach and food was lovely

The bungalow door didn’t seem secure, no security safe box. Beds were uncomfortable, bathroom very dark and windows boarded up. Inside of wardrobe unusable due to amount of dust. Immediate area around bungalow very unsightly with trash and green damaged swimming pool in front. Couldn’t get shower to be consistently hot.

The people at Kirati Beach hotel are truly the best!! So kind, so lovely for our kids :-) Do not expect luxury. The rooms are very basic, but clean and the location is just perfect at a lovely & cozy beach. Our kids loved it there so much! For food I would recommend to go to the street side. At night they have everywhere a fabulous firework show. Overall a lovely place to start exploring the island for a few nights.

One day the shower curtain fell down, but Justin from the reception immediately solved it. Also the water was running down the edge of the tub onto the floor. When I reported it, they pointed to the drain and didn't consider it as a problem. Welcome to Thailand ;-)

Bei Buchung waren noch Bilder eines Pools vorhanden, später einfach weg. Kein Angebot von booking.com umzubuchen. Alles in die Jahre gekommen.

Front desk staff was awesome. Rooms were well equipped and as described on their website.

Restaurant staff was a hit or miss - mostly issue with them understanding English or even coming by to take re-orders. We had to go to the main bar every time to get their attention. Service on the beach is non-existent. They no longer have a pool. The beach in front of the hotel is the worse part of the entire Choeng Mon beach - it is shallow 99% of the time and you can walk 100 m in the ocean and still be in 0.5 m deep waters. The best part of this beach is of the left sides of the bay. When there is heavy rain or the tide rises, you can spell sewer back up in their septic tank and throughout the room emanating from the bathroom. The staff sprays deodorizer when cleaning the room but this only masks the bad odor for a couple of hours. They did not have nightly entertainment every day as advertised. The loud music from the next door hotel/resort ( Pi ) can be heard throughout the property until 10pm daily.

Nära till en fantastisk strand

Hotellet behöver renoveras och jobba på hygien. Sängarna är väldigt hårda. Vägen till hotellet är väldigt lång och stinker avlopp.

Bra och rymligt rum men enkel standard. Fint läge nära stranden.

Ligget långt in på en typ återvändsgränd. För att gå in till byn så går man längs ett smutsigt och förorenat vattendrag. Sorgligt att man inte vill röja upp bättre.
