Yo reservé una habitación con vista al mar y desayunos incluidos y al llegar era otra y al final me tocó pagar adicional por esto

The property was clean and spacious, one of the few hotels with different pools for adults and kids. Probably leaning more towards families. The staff was great throughout the entire stay. It’s because of them and how clean the property was that I’m giving them a 4-star rating.

The hotel restaurants aren’t that tasty or good for their price. I didn’t have any luck there; this may vary depending on each one’s taste. Breakfast was okay-ish. There aren’t many options for food and restaurants nearby the hotel; delivery will be your best option, or getting a cab to the walled city or other places is your best bet. There’s no complimentary coffee at the hotel rooms. You will be charged for each pod of Nespresso you use. I’ve stayed at different hotels in Cartagena, and many offered courtesy coffee pods or coffee in general. Not a deal breaker but a bummer since that’s a nice-to-have when traveling abroad. I don’t know if all rooms have soundproof windows, but this is key to have. It’s close to an airport and a busy highway with party buses driving around.

Que cuando llegas te cobran otro tipo de habitación y otros impuestos q no lo mencionan cuando uno hace reserva por acá

Las instalaciones del hotel son impecables.

Las carpas en la playa. Los locales no dejan que el Hotel incluya este servicio. El hotel debería poder tiene sus propias carpas que le hagan justicia a las instalaciones del hotel.
