Bay Beach Resort

helt ok, men ingen städning på rummet trots att det skulle ingå. wifi var skitdåligt. poolen ganska smutsig. men nära till stranden och trevlig liten restaurang på stranden och asbra massörer :) bor ni här måste ni äta frukost på "rainbow" som ligger på andra sidan gatan. supergott och trevlig personal, helt ok priser.

bel emplacement pour cet hôtel en bord de mer et dans une petite ville avec restaurants et magasins... mais état vieillissant de l'hôtel, qui ne semble pas faire l'objet de rénovation... un beau potentiel pourtant... des chambres moins chères sur l'arrière, au calme aussi, mais sans vue mer... l'écart de prix peut valoir la peine de se dispenser de la vue si le budget est serré car les chambres sont +/- les mêmes...

You get what you pay for. But for the cost its a really good hotel. The hotel staff has been really kind and helpful. We were just going to stay four nights but we liked so we almost stayed here the hole trip with the exception of leaving the Island for a few days. I can recommend this hotel to anyone that is here for the experience and isn't going to stay at the room the whole day. It's nit the most luxurious hotel but definitely does the job. It's just 15 min away from chaweng by cab and just next to Choeng Mon which I think is the nicest beach on koh samui!

Wij zijn 13 nachten in dit hotel geweest En we zijn erg tevreden Wel achterstallig onderhoud maar daar is de prijs wel naar Personeel was heel erg behulpzaam Voor alles kon je er terecht en werd je gelijk geholpen Het strand heerlijk dichtbij en het mooie zwembad vanuit je hotelkamer heel dichtbij Alleen was er in de buurt niet veel te doen Ik zou er zo weer heen gaan zo goed is het bevallen Ik ben super tevreden

We were very disappointed in the condition of the room. The room was filthy to say the least. Cobwebs in the corners of the room. The toilet needed a good scrubbing including the toilet bowl. There were no other rooms available at that time of the year so we could not be accommodated in another room.

Mögellukt i första rummet och duschen fungerade inte, men fick byta rum. Engelsktalande receptionist. Mitt på en lugn och fin strand.hyr en moppe och åk in till Shawengstranden där det finns affärer och många restauranger.Vatten på rummet och stort kylskåp. Bokade tio frukost, den bestod av två rostade bröd, kaffe eller te,apelsinjuice,lite frukt och omelett men man fick betala extra om man ville ha smör!

Not impressed

Perfect location right at the beach, nice pool, friendly staff, but still the whole place is suffering from its age and the lack of maintenance. Staff are friendly, but not very attentive. A complete revamp of the whole place (and the management) would do.

Booked this room in Jan 14 for 6 nights at New Year. Read reviews and requested room SK1 Photo of rooms looked good Arrived and was not offered room SK1. Room looked like a backpackers hostel room. Premium linens and towels were badly stained. I was furious. I complained to the owner and he just smiled but it was clear he was not going to take any action. Thankfully the young man behind the counter did and he offered me SK2 next to the beach This room was in desperate need of updating but it was clean and we had a daily change of towels. The breakfast was excellent. Location could not be faulted It is cheap so I guess you do get what you pay for. The reception staff were always tip top - no complaints at all

Vi boede i bungalow helt ned til vandet og stod op til bølgerne hver morgen. Men havde vi ikke fået denne beliggenhed var hoteloplevelsen skuffende for alle andre lå dårligt og med udsigt til enten beton eller andre huse. Man skal ikke forvente nogen form for luxus eller hjælp fra receptionen.
